कनेर का परीचय:
रक्त करवीर भी प्राय: हर स्थान पर सुलभ है। इसके पत्ते, शाखाएं और झाड सफेद कनेर जैसा ही होता है, परन्तु फूल लाल कुछ गुलाबी आभा लिए होते है।
काले कनेर का पौधा भी और कनेर के जैसा होता है परन्तु काला कनेर बड़ी कठिनता से प्राप्त होता है। इस कनेर के गुण भी सफेद कनेर जैसे होते है। जैसे, विषैला और कडवा आदि।
लाल कनेर का उपयोग:
इस्को गणेश कुसुम भी कहते है, गणेश जी को लाल कनेर के फूल चढाने से मनचाहा वरदान मिलता है।
इस्को ही चण्डी कुसुम भी कहते है, तथा लाल कनेर के पुष्प चण्डी को चढाने से चण्डी शीघ्र ही प्रसन्न हो जाती है।
