There is also reason, the use of the Mantra is not a method, in the past it was used only by the Mantras of the Vedas, the Shaunakak Rig Vedanta gives evidence of it, and in many experiments are seen in the Atharva Veda.  Apart from the Vedas, those who appear in the mantra scriptures are also composed by the Siddha Mahatma, whose speech was proven.

For this reason, it has been a very good reason to conserve and illuminate all the scriptures that it is full of accomplishments. अन्य शास्त्रों की तरह भारतवर्ष में मंत्र शास्त्र के ग्रंथो का भंडार भर रहा है, जिस प्रकार योगानुषठान किये बिना योग शास्त्र की सिद्धियॉँ आश्चर्य और असम्भव सी प्रतीत होती है इसी प्रकार यथोक्त मंत्रानुस्ठान किये बिना मंत्रो के फल भी अगम्य प्रतीत होते है। परन्तु ऐसा होने से भी मंत्र शास्त्र निष्फल नही हो सकता, कारण इसका पूर्वकाल में अनुष्ठान था

और यदि यह निराकार मात्र होता तो इसके सहस्त्र ग्रन्थ न दिखाई पड़ते | जो वस्तु एक बार असत्य रूप प्रतीत हो जाती है, फिर उसमे किसी की आस्था नही होती, इसमें मन्त्र शास्त्र की बहुतायत देखने से ही यह पता चलता है की, यह किसी काल में पूर्ण रूप से सफलता को प्राप्त थी, और अब भी कही- कही मंत्रो की स्पष्ट चमत्कारिकता दिखाई देती है।

यदि यह सब उपयोगी साधन न मिले तो भी क्या मंत्र शास्त्र उपेक्षा करने योग्य है, नहीं इसमें बहुत से सर्वोपकारी प्रयोग ऐसे होते है की सहज में ही वह फलीभूत होते है और किसी न किसी को सब साधन भी प्राप्त हो ही जाते है, और फलते भी है कारण की, मंत्रो के प्रयोग ही कोई विधि नही है,

पूर्व काल में वेद के मंत्रो द्वारा ही प्रयोग होता था, शौनक कृत ऋग्विधान इसका प्रमाण देता है तथा अधर्व में भी कितने ही प्रयोग दिखते है।वेद के सिवाय और जो मन्त्र शास्त्रों में दिखते है वे भी सिद्ध महात्माओ के द्वारा रचित है जिनकी वाणी सिद्ध थी

इस कारण जितने ग्रन्थ इस शास्त्र के मिले सबका संरक्षण और प्रकाश करना अत्यंत उचित कारण रहा है की यह सिद्धियों से भरे हुए है। यह ग्रन्थ महा यक्षिणी साधना ग्रन्थ किसी एक महापुरुष के द्वारा रचित नही है। किन्तु अनेक प्रसिद्ध और अप्रसिद्ध ग्रंथो से संग्रहित तथा नाना देशीय भाषाओ के मन्त्रो से युक्त है।
