How to wear an Ashtadhatu Kada?
On any Saturday evening between 5 pm to 7 pm, sit on a Red woolen mat in a secluded place or prayer room in your house, facing east. Place an Idol or Picture of Shri Hanuman in front of you. Make a ‘’Circle’’ with roli in a plate in front of him and write “Hun” on it with roli.
Then place the Ashtadhatu Kada on it and apply red vermilion (Sindoor) on the kada. After that, offer red oleander flowers, fruits and sweets on the kada. Light a lamp of pure ghee in front of you and worship it. After worship, say “Jai Shri Ram” 12 times and recite Hanuman Chalisa once and Bajrang Baan 7 times and wear it on your Right hand.
