How to wear a Kamdev Mudrika?
On any Friday morning between 5 am to 7 am, sit on a Red woolen mat in a secluded place or prayer room in your house, facing east. Keep an Idol or Picture of Lord Shiva in front of you. Then make a “Circle” with roli in a plate in front of you and write “Kleem” on it with roli. Place the Kamdev Mudrika on top of it.
Then color the mudrika by applying red vermilion, offer red oleander flowers, fruits, sweets on the colored mudrika, light a lamp of pure ghee in front and worship it. After worship, while silently praying to Kamdeva for the fulfillment of wishes, sit on a red woolen seat, chant the following mantra 5 Mala and wear it.

कामदेव मुद्रिका कैसे धारण करें?
किसी भी शुक्रवार के दिन सुबह के समय 5 बजे से 7 बजे के बीच अपने घर में किसी एकान्त स्थान या पूजा कक्ष में पूर्व दिशा की तरफ़ मुख करके, लाल ऊनी आसन पर बैठ जाए, अपने सामने शिव जी की मूर्ती या चित्र रखें, फिर सामने एक थाली में, रोली से “गोला” बनाकर, उसमें रोली से, “कलीं” लिखें, उसके ऊपर कामदेव मुद्रिका को रखें।
फिर मुद्रिका को लाल सिन्दूर लगा कर रंग दें, रंगी हुई कामदेव मुद्रिका पर लाल कनेर पुष्प, फल, मिठाई चढ़ाये, सामने शुद्ध घी का दीपक जलाकर पूजन करें, पूजन के बाद मन ही मन कामदेव से मनोकामना सिद्धि के लिए प्रार्थना करते हुए, लाल ऊनि आसन पर बैठ कर, निम्नलिखित मन्त्र की 5 माला का जाप कर, इसे धारण कर लें।
