Keeping your wishes in mind, place this mantra on a pile of Black Pepper in front of Lord Shiva in the north or east direction of your home temple, light a camphorlamp, worship the Yantra and chant the following mantra while sitting in a red seat. Chant with 3 Face Rudraksh Rosary and after chanting the mantra, turn the Black Pepper pressed under the mantra 7 times anti clock wise and burn it with camphor. Do this for 7 or 11 days, the disease will definitely start getting cured.

यह यंत्र एक महत्वपूर्ण और दुर्लभ यंत्र है। यह धन्वन्तरी ऋषि, जो आयुर्वेद के पितामह कहे जाते है उनके मन्त्रों से सिद्ध और प्राण-प्रतिष्ठित चैत्यन्य है। धन्वन्तरी यंत्र का प्रयोग धन्वन्तरी साधना, पूजा, मंत्र जाप, इत्यादि प्रयोगों में किया जाता है, जिससे समस्त प्रकार के रोगों से बचा जा सकें, और यदि कोई रोग हो तो उससें शीघ्र ही मुक्त हो सकें, यह यन्त्र आरोग्यता प्रदान करता है।

अपने घर के मंदिर में उत्तर या पूर्व दिशा की ओर अपनी मनोकामना को मन में रखते हुए इस मन्त्र को शिव जी के सामने काली मिर्च के ढेरी पर स्थापित करें, कपूर का दीपक जलाएं यन्त्र का पूजन करे और निम्न मंत्र का लाल आसन में बैठकर 3 मुखी रुद्राक्ष माला से जाप करें और मंत्र जाप के बाद कालीमिर्च जो मन्त्र के नीचे दबाई थी उसे रोगी के सर से उल्टा 7 बार घुमाकर कपूर के साथ जला दें, ऐसा 7 या 11 दिन तक करें, निश्चय ही रोग दूर होने लगता है।

धन्वंतरि यंत्र के लाभ:

यदि घर में कोई अस्वस्थ हो, रोग बढ़ता जा रहा हो, तो इस यंत्र को कपूर का धुआं दिखाकर पूजन कर किसी भी लाल कपड़े में बांधकर रोगी के सिरहाने रख दे तो, रोग से जल्दी दूर होने लगता है।
इस यंत्र को रात्रि के समय ताम्बे के वर्तन में पानी भरकर रखें और सुबह रोगी को वह पानी पिलाने से रोगी को लाभ मिलता है।
इस यंत्र को पीपल के 21 पत्ते इकठ्ठा करके, एक गद्दी बनाकर यंत्र के साथ रोगी के उपर से 7 बार सर से सात बार उल्टा उतारकर किसी नदी में बहाने से या जमीन में गाड़ देने से भयंकर रोग भी शांत होने लगता है।

धन्वंतरि यंत्र की सावधानियाँ:

यन्त्र को गंदे हाथों से न छुएं।
रजस्वला समय से स्त्रियाँ इस यंत्र को हाथ न लगायें।
यन्त्र की पूजा-साधना के समय नशा व तामसिक भोजन के सेवन से दूर रहे।
